Guardsquare Acquires Extended Threat Defense (XTD) Assets From Verimatrix

Earlier today, we entered into an agreement to purchase the Extended Threat Defense (XTD) technology and assets from Verimatrix.

We are incredibly excited to welcome both Verimatrix’s valued XTD customers and the dedicated team of engineers and personnel who have been instrumental in building, enhancing, and supporting the technology and its users.

We know that change raises questions. While the agreement is pending the completion of necessary regulatory checks over the next few weeks, we wanted to share some initial details and formally welcome everyone to Guardsquare.

Our top priority is ensuring a full and seamless continuity for all XTD customers while supporting our new employees during this transition.
